STATE INVESTMENT HOUSE, INC. is an investment house providing an array of financial products and services through its various licenses and authorities granted by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas(BSP) and Securities and Exchange Commission(SEC).
Being one of the few non-bank financial intermediaries originally authorized by the Bangko Sentral to perform quasi-banking and trust functions, State continues to operate as an investment house maintaining professional relationships with major banking institutions locally and abroad.
From its inception, State has been involved in land banking activities and real estate development. A pioneer in the condominium industry, both in the construction and sale of condominiums in Metro Manila, State is also an early starter in the development of residential subdivision and industrial land.

Our Subsidiary
State Properties Corporation is wholly owned by State Investment Trust, Inc. It is currently developing a 75-hectare high-end residential subdivision with commercial component aptly called Versailles.
